5What do your products / services cost?
The cost of our service depends upon your level of experience and number of years in the workforce. Clients can select from an array of products that best meet their needs.
6How do I communicate with my writer during the resume development process?
Your writer will typically use email to communicate. It is an efficient method of communication and allows clients to respond to issues when they are available. Leslie oversees every project and is involved throughout the entire development process.
7How will my resume be delivered?
Draft and completed documents are emailed to the client as an attached file. The files are sent in Microsoft Word and PDF formats. If a client does not have these programs or cannot view the files, arrangements can be made to send the file in a different format or via a different medium. Resumes are also delivered in ASCII format – an electronic, non-formatted text version of your document. This is typically the format of choice for applicant tracking systems and keyword searchable databases.
8How quickly can you complete my resume?
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours. We are also able to offer a 24 hour turnaround service for an additional fee. Please contact us to request this rush service.
9What other services do you offer?

10How is your work process organized?
After we receive the order, the writer checks the order details and reviews all information. The writer will then schedule and make a call to the client to get any additional information needed to begin developing the resume. After the writer completes the order in the established timeframe the client will receive an email with the draft documents for review. The writer and client then work to finalize the documents.
11How can I be sure my payment is secure?
For billing operations Toth Resume Consulting LLC uses PayPal, an authorized internet payment service provider. They service merchants like us, and they are a trusted and respected name on the internet.
